What is the delivery delay ?

Orders are processed and shipped the day of placing the order or the next day (depending on the time your order is placed). Once the order is delivered to the Post Office, it takes 2-3 business days to receive your items.

How can I get free shipping?

Free shipping is offered for any orders of $50 or more.


What happens if I am absent during delivery?

If you are absent during delivery, the carrier will leave you a notice in your mailbox indicating the post office where you can pick up your package.

If I return a product, when am I reimbursed store credit?

The store credit is given after receipt and acceptance of your return by our logistics center. Your product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Is it possible to make an exchange?

It is possible to exchange on an identical product category (example, change of color or size). In this case, write to us at sandyluxeswim@gmail.com. If you want a different item, then we must return it for store credit and then place a new order of the item of your choice.

How to make a return?

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to return purchases that do not suit you in exchange for store credit. Warning ! Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. You can manage returns directly from your account and download your return slip. If you have not created an account, send us an email at sandyluxeswim@gmail.com.


Is the return shipping cost paid for?

We will require you to cover the shipping expenses to mail back to us as the returns are not paid for.
